Christie has felt the life changing benefits from Pilates functional movements in body, mind, and spirit. In her teaching practice, Christie’s goal is to foster a welcoming, inclusive environment where clients feel comfortable to be themselves and move in a way that helps them feel free from the stresses of life. Her classes combine fluid choreography with an athletic challenge that will give you a well-rounded full body workout every time. Christie enjoys working with beginners to set a good foundation for their practice, as well as new and expecting mothers.
A gentle and traditional yoga practice focusing on breath, balance, and body alignment.


Nina Kuntz

Nina is a professional dancer, businessperson, and former weird kid. Her teaching style is intense, thorough and compassionate, and she seeks to have each client leave the studio feeling capable and connected. Nina has a steely eye for for form, and her workouts offer challenge and risk-taking as means to develop ease, joy and mastery in movement.
A gentle and traditional yoga practice focusing on breath, balance, and body alignment.
