Studio Policy
Code of Conduct
Attendance at Core Culture is a privilege, not a right. We expect our clients to treat instructors, staff and each other with decency and respect at all times. Violation of this or any other studio policies is grounds for immediate and permanent dismissal from the studio without a refund, we mean it.
Studio Check-In & Late Policy
Admission to the studio begins 15 minutes before class, and no later than class start time. THERE IS NO LATE ADMISSION TO THE STUDIO. Any exceptions are made at instructor discretion. The door is locked during class for safety purposes.
Cancellation Policy
More than 4 hours before the start time of class: Your credit will be returned to your account with no penalty.
Within 4 hours of the start time of class: Your credit will not be returned to your account, but you will not incur any other penalty.
No-shows: You will be charged a $10 fee if you do not cancel your reservation before the start time of class.
Private Reformer cancellations within 8 hours of your appointment start time will not be credited back to your account or refunded. No-shows will incur an $80 fee.
Dynamic Pricing credits are only valid for the class for which they were purchased. These are not transferrable.
These terms apply to drop-in clients & clients booking via studio memberships alike. There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy.
Waitlist Policy
You will be notified via email if you are added to the waitlist.
You can be added to the waitlist up until 20 minutes before the start time of class.
It is your responsibility to monitor your waitlist status. If you no longer have time to commute to the studio, please remove yourself from the waitlist.
If you are waitlisting the night before for early morning classes, please plan to wake up and check your status with enough time to commute to class.
Membership Termination Policy
Memberships have no minimum monthly commitment, but client agrees to provide 15 days’ cancellation notice to Core Culture Pilates. If notice has not been provided 15 days prior to the next billing period, client will incur the full payment of the following month.
Return & Refund Policy
Please see "Cancellation Policy" for account credit policies regarding cancellations. All individual classes, class packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable once purchased, though memberships may be paused or canceled in accordance with our membership policy.
If you are dismissed from the studio for violation of any of our studio policies, any purchases you have made will not be refunded.
No Phone Policy
Before class begins please make sure your phone is silenced and put away with your belongings. There is a no phone policy during class for your safety and all clients' shared experience.
This includes: answering texts/emails, phone calls, and taking videos or photos – unless specified for a designated event or content partnership.
Attire & Preparation
Socks (including grip socks) are optional. Please wear loose or stretchy clothing that you can move comfortably in. Please bring your own water bottle. We have a fill station and glass bottles available for purchase.
Injured or newly Postpartum?
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to discuss your injury with your instructor so they can plan modifications for you. Pilates instructors are not healthcare professionals and we recommend and insist you see your doctor or physical therapist before taking class while injured to clear you for fitness participation. This requirement is applicable for clients who are newly postpartum.
Sick?
For the safety of our community and instructors, please refrain from attending class if you are sick. If you are unsure, please wear a mask.
